How to get started

How do I join?

You can sign up online by clicking here.

 

You can also sign up by visiting one of our clubs during our staffed hours. Under-18s must bring a parent or guardian to the club to have their membership activated.

What are the membership requirements for Sista Fitness?

Sista Fitness operates as a private members-only facility. Membership is required for entry, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.

 

If you’re looking to try our facilities before joining up as a member or are already a member and want to bring a family member or friend along for a workout, casual passes are available.

How old do I need to be to join?

We welcome Sista’s 12 years and above. An underage member and their parent or guardian will need to complete their membership agreement in one of our clubs during staffed hours. Registration for members under 19 years of age is not accessible online or via the app.

Do you offer free trials?

From time to time, we may offer free trials to members and their guests. However, members can experience Sista Fitness via a casual membership pass. If you decide to join Sista Fitness in the club after your casual session, we will deduct the casual pass amount from your membership (only at that same visit). You can purchase a casual pass here.

 

You can also join us in our clubs for a free tour! One of our friendly team will show you through the facilities and answer any questions you may have. Tour bookings can be made via the Sista Fitness app.

Can I pay my membership upfront?

Yes! Our Sistahood Membership Is a 12-month Ongoing Membership, which you can pay for in full.

Facilities and Services

Do you offer Group Fitness Classes?

Yes! We offer a variety of Group Fitness classes each week: S45 Functional Training, Les Mills, Cycle, Boxing, Dance, Weights, Wellness, Pilates and many more. Whatever you are looking for, we will have something for you.

Do you have shower facilities?

Yes, we have luxurious change rooms located on the gym floors. You’ll find showers, lockers, comfortable seating and a beauty bar to help you get ready for the rest of your day!

Do you have a physio?

To compliment your workout routine, we provide access to in-club allied health services, including physiotherapy, clinical exercise, pregnancy & postpartum care and remedial massage.

Personal Training (PT)

Why should I see a Personal Trainer?

Our Trainers are ready to work alongside you and help you achieve your goals, no matter what they look like. Whether you're new to the gym, working towards a specific goal, pre or post-natal or returning from injury. Our trainers can provide a tailored approach to your fitness journey and ensure you get the best out of your workouts.

How do I book a PT session?

Organising a PT session is easy! Firstly, take a look at our Trainers here.

 

Once you have found a trainer that aligns with you and your fitness journey, reach out to them via the contact details on their profiles. Our Trainers have different schedules, contact them to find a time that suits you!

Members

How do I book my classes?

Download the free Sista Fitness app and book via the classes tab. Bookings are essential and open 48 hours before for group fitness classes and seven days before for Reformer Pilates.

 

For casual class visits, you can book via the Sista Fitness app. Please allow time to visit reception before your class starts, to pay.

How do I cancel my class?

Bookings can be cancelled via the Sista Fitness app. Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the class start time.

How do I book in for Sauna/Recovery sessions?

It is essential to book your sauna/recovery session. Download the Sista Fitness app and book via the classes tab.

 

Bookings open seven days before.

When can I access Sauna/Recovery facilities?

Recovery and sauna sessions run every hour and are available during staffed hours.

Can I bring a friend to my workout?

Yes, you can!

 

If you’re already a member and want to bring a family member or friend along for a workout with you, casual passes are available. Please visit one of our clubs with your friend to claim their pass and complete the necessary forms.

How do I pay for my membership?

Sista Fitness use Ezypay to debit membership payments. All payments will appear as ‘Sista Fitness Ezypay ID’ on your statements.

How do I access the club?

After completing your compulsory Safety Induction, you will be issued an access fob. This fob gives you 24/7 access to all Sista Fitness clubs*

 

When you arrive at the club, hold your access fob on the reader and wait until it beeps. Once the reader beeps, the door will unlock, and you can access the facilities.

 

*U16s can access the facilities during staffed hours only.

Do members have access to all Sista Fitness locations?

Yes! All Sista Fitness memberships include multi-club access. This allows members to access all Sista Fitness locations subject to the terms and conditions of their membership.

Cancellations

Can I put a hold on my membership?

You can place your membership on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 3 months per annum. Complete the hold process via the memberships tab on the Sista Fitness app.

How do I cancel my membership?

We understand that circumstances change. You must email us or complete a Cancellation Form in club should you wish to cancel your membership.

 

Requests to cancel your membership via portals, SMS, telephone or feedback options will not be accepted. 

Creche

What age do you allow in the creche?

We welcome kids from 6 weeks up to 12 years to join our team in creche.

 

Children attending the creche must be immunised according to the schedule and guidelines recommended by the Australian Government Department of Health. Parents are required to provide a copy of their child’s immunisation record upon enrolment and provide updated information as further immunisation is required.

How do I book?

Creche bookings can be made via the Sista Fitness App up to 48 hours in advance.

What is Kid’s Corner?

This service is available for our older kids, 5–12 years, and is unsupervised. Kids can bring along a book, an iPad, or something else to stay entertained while you do a workout.

Does Sista Fitness have a member app?

Yes! Download the Free Sista Fitness app to manage your bookings, billing, memberships, and to contact us all at the touch of a button.

What is the Sista Fitness Member Portal?

Access the Member Portal via the Sista Fitness App. Use the portal to manage your bookings, billing, and memberships, update your password and refer a friend.

Is your gym female-only?

Yes, our clubs are female-only. We strive to provide a unique member experience designed and constructed for our cisgender female-only client base and operate in accordance with our values to provide a safe and non-intimidating environment for females.
