A Female Safe Environment
The health and safety of our members, staff and visitors is a main priority.
From high hygiene standards, an extensive security network, mandatory inductions and a female-only member base, we aim to make members feel comfortable and safe at all times.
Hygiene: For the comfort of our members, all clubs are cleaned twice daily. We also have “no towel, no train” & “no gum on the gym floor” policies and provide multiple disinfectant wipe stations throughout our facilities.
Security: Our security network includes back to base alarm monitoring, internal and external CCTV cameras and 24/7 access control via fobs issues to members.
Mandatory Inductions: All members must complete an induction prior to working out on the gym floor. During the 30-minute session, you will learn about our health & safety features and procedures along with a rundown of how to safely use our gym equipment.

If you’ve never been to the gym before: You have come to the right place! You’ll feel right at home in our friendly and welcoming environment. Our staff are always available if you have any questions, require assistance or simply need someone to talk to.
If you’re not sure where to begin, we recommend trying all that we have to offer as you’re bound to find something you love and maybe even a thing or two that’ll surprise you!
If you’re looking for a challenge: We offer several specialized fitness programs throughout the year for members who want to try something different. This includes Sista Strong, Shape Up Squad and a range of special events on our calendar.
If you're still looking for more: With over 130 group fitness classes a week, 24/7 gym access, Personal Training, dedicated wellness offering and special fitness programs (just to name a few!) members can create a fitness experience to suit their needs and lifestyle.
Your Journey Through Motherhood
From the moment you find out you’re expecting, right up until the little ones are not so little anymore… we are here to help you through your entire journey.
Pre-Natal: Staying active is beneficial to both you and your baby and we encourage you to continue exercising safely throughout your pregnancy. Light to moderate cardio and weight training, along with wellness classes could do you the world of wonders.
Pregnancy Pause on Memberships: We offer a pregnancy pause on memberships for our members who are expecting.
Post-Natal: After giving birth, it is important that you return to the gym slowly and safely. Some of our PTs are qualified in post-partum training and would be delighted to work with you when you are ready to get training again.
Crèche: Crèche is the perfect place to drop the little one when you visit us and work out. Crèche is available to children aged six weeks to 12 years old. We also provide an unsupervised Kids Corner for children five years and older.
Age Is No Barrier To Greatness
It’s important to remain active during all phases of life. There are many benefits to exercising daily such as reduced health risks, improvement in mood, beneficial for your muscles and joints, increase in energy and improve your quality of sleep… just to name a few.
Stay active by participating in our low to moderate group fitness offerings such as wellness classes, Reformer Pilates and Sista Active. We also have a great range of ergonomic pin-loaded equipment, a selection of light weights and cardio machines that you can use to create your own workout.
To help keep track of your daily exercise and resting heartrate, we recommend investing in a Heartrate monitor (available to purchase at reception). Not only is it a great tool to monitor your personal progress, but you can see how your workouts compare to others during group fitness classes.
Injury Management And Recovery
We have some great options for women who require assistance with injury management and rehabilitation.
Personal Training: We suggest teaming up with one of our personal trainers to help ease you back into training. Our PT’s will personalise sessions to help slowly improve your injury, along with your overall strength and movement.
Allied Health Services: We have several in-club allied health professionals available to members. They can provide treatment to the injured areas that will assist with the recovery process.
Fixed-term memberships: If you’re looking to complete rehabilitation in a friendly, safe and welcoming environment then Sista Fitness has fixed term memberships that are available for purchase. Payment must be made up-front in full prior to activation.
Stretch Zone & Classes: Stretching is a crucial part of injury management and recovery. Each club has a dedicated stretching zone on the gym floor. We also run Stretch classes during the week for a more structured stretch session.

Our community extends beyond our club walls. We are proud to be involved in the local and wider WA community.
We support a number of local schools, businesses and sporting clubs, including our very own Sista Fitness Netball Club. We are also proudly partnered with Not-For-Profit organisations Youth Focus and MIFWA Christmas Appeal.

Free & Private Carpark
There is no worse feeling than going all the way to the gym, only for there to be no available parking spots out the front. Luckily for you, you’ll never have to worry about finding a parking spot again. Members have access to our private, on-site carpark with plenty of bays for everyone.
Luxurious Changerooms
Each club has a luxurious changeroom located on the gym floor. You’ll find lockers, comfortable seating, showers, end of trip facilities and a beauty bar to help you get ready for the rest of your day!
