About Me

Before I became a personal trainer, I was at my heaviest and weakest, struggling with high blood pressure, migraines, asthma, and perimenopausal symptoms.

Strength training transformed my life. I lost 25kg, dropped from a clothing size 14 to a size 6, and built strength I never thought possible. That journey taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, consistency, and the power of the right guidance.

Now, I’m passionate about using my experience and knowledge to help others achieve their own fitness goals with the support and structure they deserve.
