What is the Lifestyle challenge?
This is a 4 week challenge, all about building a sustainable gym routine.
Commencing from 19/10/26, attend the gym at least 2 days a week, for 4 weeks to go into the draw to win a Bali Holiday!
With weekly bonus challenges, there is the opportunity to get a bonus prize each week! Or, if you wanted to push yourself, you could attend 4 times per week for all 4 weeks for 4 bonus entries. Plus, each bonus challenge you participate in is an automatic extra entry into the Major Prize draw!

Join us for a morning of movement, community, and fun, with our Beach Bootcamp!
Followed by coffee at Hamptons Cafe, City Beach.
Attending the Beach Bootcamp counts as one of your weekly visits and earns you an extra entry into the Major Prize Draw!
The Annual Sista Fitness Christmas Party will bring our Sistas together to celebrate the festive season, an incredible year at Sista Fitness and the achievements of our Lifestyle Challenge participants.
Lifestyle Challenge participants will receive priority booking for the Christmas Party, where the Major Prize will be drawn: a trip to Bali valued at $2,500!
To claim the Major Prize, the winning participant must be in attendance on the night.
Priority booking details will be sent via email once participants have joined the Lifestyle Challenge.
