Darlene believes that training should be empowering, not intimidating. Her goal is to help women push past their limits, not just physically but mentally, so they walk away feeling stronger, more capable, and more in control of their health.
Beyond training, Darlene guides clients through nutrition strategies to maximise performance and recovery, whether that’s increasing muscle mass, supporting weight loss, or simply fuelling the body for everyday energy.
At the core of her coaching philosophy is the belief that if you can’t enjoy the process, you won’t enjoy the outcome because the finish line always moves.
