Bek is dedicated to promoting holistic wellness and longevity, focusing not only on enhancing physical strength but also on mental clarity and emotional wellbeing to ensure a balanced approach to the fitness journey. She offers integrative training that enhances mental and emotional resilience alongside physical strength. This holistic approach empowers individuals to build confidence and establish a balanced fitness routine, fostering better overall wellbeing and personal transformation. Katie helps clients create a more fulfilling lifestyle tailored to their unique goals.

My qualifications

  • Cert 3 & 4 fitness
  • Group fitness instructor
  • 350hr yoga teacher. + 50hr yin yoga training
  • Mat Pilates level 1 & 2 + Foam roller/ small ball
  • Mindfulness & meditation specialising in women’s mental health

What I am working towards

  • Yoga Therapy 800hr – I will finish this in 2025
