About Me

Bec has been working in the fitness industry since 2020 and has a background in Crossfit and strength training. She loves the barbell and Olympic lifting. Her training style has a big focus on technique and exercising safely.

Bec’s  passion is helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. This goes hand in hand with healthy aging and working with chronic pain, injuries, and limitations.

Her motto is “Embrace the Chaos!”
