Originally qualifying in 2011, I began my career working in both gym environments and corporate training sessions. Not long after, I became a mum, and for several years, my focus shifted fully to raising my two children. Now that they’re a little older, I’ve returned to what I’m truly passionate about, helping others feel confident, capable, and supported in their health and fitness journey.
Over the years, I’ve explored a wide range of training styles and fell in love with CrossFit for its intensity and community. Following an injury, I had to reassess my approach and rediscover the value in slower, more sustainable training. That experience has shaped how I coach today. I understand that walking into a gym can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re dealing with low confidence, past injuries, or simply not knowing where to start. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to build strength at your own pace. Outside of the gym, you’ll usually find me on the sidelines, either in the dugout as team manager for my daughter’s hockey team or cheering on my son at his soccer games. Staying active and connected as a family is a big part of my life, and something I truly value.
