When Kandi found fitness, she had no idea it was going to impact her life the way it did including the development of strength both in her body & mind, body confidence, health, vitality, and independence. Kandi’s goal is to help people find that and regain a sense of themselves so they can be the best version of that in every aspect of their lives. Kandi is a strong believer that investing in and developing healthy habits will lead to your happiest life.
