Katie started her fitness journey about six years ago, initially focused on growing her glutes but unknowingly doing all the wrong things—lots of cardio, under-eating, and minimal weight training. It wasn’t until she hired a coach that she truly fell in love with the process, learned to trust the journey of building muscle, and discovered how to properly fuel her body for the gym.
This transformative experience led her to compete in a Bikini ICN bodybuilding competition, where she placed 4th. This achievement further fuelled her passion to help others reach their fitness and health goals.
