Your Village Starts Here: Mini Movers at Sista Fitness (Mums & Bubs)

Becoming a mum change everything, your routine, your body, your energy… and often, the time you get for yourself.

That’s exactly why we created Mini Movers, a mums and bubs a class designed to help you feel strong, supported, and like you again… all while keeping your little one right by your side.

This isn’t just a workout. It’s your time to move, reset, and reconnect, with your body and with a community of mums who get it.

Feel Good in Your Body Again

Our sessions are designed specifically for postnatal mums, focusing on rebuilding strength safely and effectively.

Each class combines low-impact movement, strength training, and core work, all with a focus on pelvic floor and postnatal recovery.

But more importantly? You’ll leave feeling energised, accomplished, and proud of yourself.

More Than Just a Workout

Mini Movers is for mums with babies from 6 weeks old up until they’re on the move. And when they do start crawling? We’ve got you covered with our amazing crèche.

You don’t need to be “fit” or feel ready; you just need to start. Every exercise can be modified to suit where you’re at.

This class is perfect if you:

  • Want to start moving again but don’t know where to begin
  • Are ready to feel stronger and more confident in your body
  • Need adult conversation and connection with other mums
  • Just want an hour that’s for you

Mini Movers is designed to be a judgement-free, flexible space where you can stop, start, and take care of your baby whenever you need without feeling like you’re falling behind.

What to Bring

To keep your bub happy and close, bring:

  • A play mat, bouncer, or pram
  • A water bottle
  • A sweat towel

We’ll take care of everything else — all equipment is provided.

This Is Your Time

You give so much of yourself every day — this is your chance to give something back to you.

Becoming a Mum is one of the most rewarding experiences, but it also comes with its challenges. Finding time for yourself to feel good, be stronger and powerful can help physically but also mentally. Being a part of our welcoming community and meeting other likeminded mums is a great way to socialise ourselves but for our babies as well.
