Each year, Sista Fitness organises a Christmas Appeal in partnership with local organisations to bring holiday cheer to families who need it most. Christmas is a magical time for many, but for some, the season can be a challenge. Through the generosity of our members, we’re able to make a meaningful impact.

This year, the Sistahood came together to donate over 60 gifts to families in need. We want to express a heartfelt thank you to all our members and their families for their incredible support. Your kindness and generosity make a real difference in the lives of others this holiday season.

About MIFWA (Mental Illness Fellowship of WA)
This is our fourth year partnering with MIFWA, a Western Australian organisation that provides support to individuals affected by mental illness, along with their families and carers. MIFWA organises a Christmas morning tea where the gifts donated by our community are given out to families in need.

About HeartKids
HeartKids is dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by childhood heart disease. Their mission includes providing essential support, funding critical research, and advocating for families affected by this condition. This year, all donated presents from Sista Fitness will be handed out to hospitalised children during the Christmas period.
By supporting HeartKids, we are helping make the holiday season brighter for children in hospitals and their families.
