I am not only a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, but also a registered nurse with experience since 2018 within multiple women’s health specialties. I have a thorough understanding of women’s physical anatomy and how hormonal levels have implications on lifestyle and training. This ensures I can provide adequate but effective training throughout the menstrual cycle.
I have trained and loved all aspects of fitness for many years and have participated in many forms of training over the years including strength training in preparation for women’s strength competitions.
