Hi, I’m Rheece and I am originally from New Zealand where I grew up in a family that firmly believe exercise and nutrition first, everything else comes after.
After high school in 2020 I became a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. As a trainer, I’m here to help you show up for yourself and make exercise something you enjoy. It’s about feeling good mentally and physically, with looking good just being a bonus! I love exercising to chase those good endorphins.
