I began my own fitness journey at 15 years old to support my mental health, and I still remember how scary and intimidating stepping into the gym felt. That experience is what led me to become a qualified Personal Trainer, I’m passionate about helping women who are just starting out feel confident, comfortable, and supported in the gym. With additional education in pregnancy and postpartum exercise, I want to support women through all stages of their fitness journey. I believe fitness should feel empowering, not overwhelming. My approach focuses on building confidence, consistency, and sustainable habits that last. I’m here to support you, guide you, and help you become the strongest version of yourself.
