Taylah is passionate about supporting women through every stage of their fitness journey, with a strong focus on building confidence, strength, and sustainable routines. As a mum herself, she understands the realities of postnatal life and is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where women can reconnect with their bodies and feel empowered in their movement.
What to Expect
Each session is designed to feel flexible, supportive, and completely judgement-free. You’ll be guided through gentle, postnatal-friendly movement that focuses on rebuilding strength while respecting where your body is at.
The environment is relaxed and baby-friendly, meaning you’re always free to feed, settle, or pause whenever you need. There’s no pressure to keep up or push beyond your limits, the goal is simply to move in a way that feels good and start reconnecting with your body.
Who is Mini Movers for?
Mini Movers is designed for postnatal mums from around 6 weeks postpartum through to when your baby becomes mobile. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey again or easing back into movement, all fitness levels are welcome.
You don’t need to be a member to join, this is open to both members and non-members who are looking for a supportive and understanding space to begin moving again.
