About Me

Jas began her journey as a Personal Trainer in 2016 and has a background in various sports, such as AFL, state volleyball, and softball. She is very passionate about all things health and fitness. Whether she's instructing an intense S45 Functional Training class, trying to perfect an unassisted pull-up, taking PT clients, or finding the time to just drink a coffee and read a lovely book, she is all about prioritising her mental and physical health.

Jas’s goal is to help educate her clients on the basic understanding and knowledge of achieving their goals holistically, sustaining them and feeling supported along the way.
