Hatha Yoga class is a well-rounded class incorporating physical postures, breath control, meditation and relaxation. Our Yoga instructor can accommodate participants with varying levels of ability in the same class. Beginners will learn the fundamentals of Yoga postures and how to position themselves safely. More experienced members will be encouraged to hold poses for longer with more challenging variations.
Pilates will take your workout to a whole new level. Pilates is a unique method of body control and conditioning – stretching and strengthening the muscles, while improving flexibility and balance. Pilates aims to achieve core stability and improve posture.
Cardio boxing training combines an array of high intensity boxing manoeuvres to help you become fitter and stronger choreographed to up beat music. The sustained intensity is designed to burn calories and maximise results from the time invested whilst having some fun. Activities are sometimes completed in pairs so you can work together and keep the support and motivation up when times get tough!
All boxing equipment is provided, but we recommend purchase glove inners for your own personal hygiene which are available at reception.
HIIT High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT training is a small group class that takes advantage of the Synrgy360 training equipment. HIIT is 30 minutes and includes short bursts of resistance and cardio exercises to improve strength and fitness. A workout that is great for fat-burning and muscle toning.
KONGA is a wild mash-up of Boxing, Kickboxing, Cardio, Afro, Pop, Rock, Pilates, Disco & everything in between. Konga is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, easy-to-do dance routines that are specifically designed to shape, sculpt and redefine your physique.
Metafit is the original 30 minute, non-choreographed, bodyweight only High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. It’s the workout designed to set the metabolism on fire by using simple but effective exercises which are performed at peak intensity. Metafit will have you working up a sweat and is the ultimate way to increase your strength and fitness in no time.
A high-energy martial artsinspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. No experience needed.
